Engineering Maintenance Supervisor (dayshift)

Due to growth onsite Engineering Supervisors are required to lead a maintenance team in a fast paced manufacturing environment for our growing client based in the Stirlingshire area. This exciting opportunity is based on a dayshift role and the successful candidate will be qualified to Apprentice trained Electrical/Mechanical level or equivalent and have leadership experience.

The Role:

Work as part of the team to ensure that the requirements of the site Asset Care systems are completed on time and in full
Provide engineering advice and coaching where necessary.
Manage and/or participate in manufacturing improvement project teams
Lead a small team of engineers on-site The Candidate:

Must be a good communicator
Detailed engineering knowledge of all aspects of manufacturing equipment
Extensive experience within heavy industry would be desirable but manufacturing experience is essential
Understanding of the contribution Engineering can make to the achievement of Manufacturing KPIsThis is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to drive through change onsite
