Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team of on-site engineers.
* Oversee PPM and reactive maintenance across a large commercial site.
* Ensure compliance, service delivery, and engineering performance.
* Build strong client relationships and drive operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
* Previous Engineering Manager or Supervisor experience.
* Strong M&E building services knowledge.
* Leadership experience within commercial facilities.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
