We are currently recruiting for an English Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in North Warwickshire on a long-term basis.
The Role

Long-term fixed-term contract until July 2027
*
Secondary school setting
*
Teaching English across the relevant age range
*
Full teaching responsibilities, including planning, marking and assessment
*
Working as part of a supportive and committed department
*
Opportunity to make a genuine difference to pupils' progress and achievement
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a teacher who:
*
Has QTS or recognised equivalent teaching status.
*
Has experience teaching English within a secondary school.
*
Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for English.
*
Can plan and deliver engaging, challenging lessons.
*
Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
*
Builds positive relationships with pupils.
*
Is committed to raising attainment and supporting all learners.
*
Works effectively as part of a wider school team.
