Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 + Benefits
We are currently working with a well-established ERP consultancy that specialises in delivering solutions across manufacturing and distribution environments. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an ERP Manufacturing Consultant with a clear development pathway into Sage X3.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–4 years’ experience within ERP or manufacturing systems who is looking to build a long-term career within consulting.
You will gain hands-on exposure to ERP implementations, support, and continuous improvement projects, with structured training and progression into becoming a Sage X3 Consultant over time.
Key Responsibilities
* Support ERP implementation projects within manufacturing environments
* Work closely with clients to understand business processes and requirements
* Assist with system configuration, testing, and user training
* Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP systems
* Contribute to process improvements and system optimisation
* Collaborate with senior consultants on Sage X3 projects as part of your development
Requirements
* 1–4 years’ experience working with ERP systems (manufacturing-focused preferred)
* Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or production environments
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders
* Interest in developing a career within ERP consultancy
* Desire to build expertise within Sage X3
