The Role

Coordinate European import/export road freight
*
Handle customs clearances and job documentation
*
Manage bookings, quotations and customer updates
*
Negotiate rates with transport providers
*
Resolve issues quickly and keep shipments on track
*
Support Sales with pricing and operational insight
*
Complete invoicing and maintain accurate records
What You Need
*
Experience in European road freight
*
Confident with customer communication and rate negotiations
*
Strong organisation, accuracy and problem‑solving
*
Able to work fast and manage multiple deadlines
