Are you an experienced Event Coordinator with a passion for delivering impactful events and campaigns? Join a dynamic and collaborative EDI team where you’ll play a key role in both event delivery and marketing activity. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a dual-focus role.

This is a full-time temporary position, starting ASAP, with potential to extend depending on business needs. You’ll be working within a supportive team, contributing to exciting large-scale activations and campaigns.

The pay rate for this role is £18 per hour. The position is based in Brighton, working Monday to Friday on a 35-hour week, with flexibility required for evening and weekend work due to events.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver large-scale event activations as the Event Coordinator

* Support the execution of EDI campaigns, ensuring alignment between events and messaging

* Manage and maintain a campaign calendar, determining when to deliver high-production events vs digital-first campaigns

* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver successful events and initiatives

* Oversee event logistics from planning through to execution

* Balance event delivery with marketing and campaign planning in this dual-focus role

Essential Skills & Attributes:

* Proven experience as an Event Coordinator delivering large-scale events

* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

* Experience within marketing or campaign delivery

* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

* Proactive, adaptable, and able to hit the ground running

The Successful Candidate Will Have Experience In:

* Working in a dual-role position combining events and marketing

* Managing campaign calendars and coordinating multi-channel campaigns

* Delivering both in-person events and digital-first campaigns
