From private dining under the stars to intimate milestone. You shall bring ideas to life that feel deeply personal, seamless, and extraordinary.
Event Executive Duties:
* Design bespoke events for clients including handling milestone celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries), destination events & retreats, décor design and account managing the journey from arrival to departure.
* Work with the world’s finest hotels, chefs & creators.
* Own the experience end-to-end.
* Work and execute events on our clients Instagram and social media platforms.
* Conceptualise and Execute Luxury Events globally.
* Build and manage relationships with Luxury hotels & resorts, DMCs & on-ground partners, Chefs, artists, performers and industry experts.
* Negotiate exclusive access, upgrades, and VIP privileges.
* Create moments that people talk about for years.
Event Executive – Essential Requirements:
* Strong aesthetic sense & luxury mindset.
* Experience within luxury travel, concierge, hotel, event planning, hospitality and/or lifestyle management is essential.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Creative storytelling & conceptual thinking.
* Ability to work under pressure with grace.
* Experience with HNWI / UHNW clients preferred.
