Exam Invigilator

Location: City of London
Contract: Casual, ad‑hoc, up to full time hours
Pay: £14.49 per hour

Role Overview

We are seeking reliable individuals to support the smooth running of university exams.

Key Duties

Set up exam rooms and materials
Check student ID and manage attendance
Monitor exams and report issues
Support students with approved adjustments
Collect and secure exam papers

Requirements

Good standard of education and fluent English
Strong communication and attention to detail
Team player with high confidentiality
Able to move materials and circulate the room
Calm and professional under pressure
Previous experience in a higher education environment

Desirable

Previous invigilation experience
Experience supporting students with disabilities
Mandatory training provided.
