About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solderer to join our team in Reading. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in soldering and hold a valid IPC certification. This is an immediate start position offering competitive hourly pay.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality soldering work according to company and IPC standards
Inspect and test soldered components to ensure compliance with specifications
Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and quality
Follow health and safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlinesRequirements:
Proven experience as a solderer
IPC certification is mandatory
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
