Location: Fareham
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Long-term position (with potential to become permanent)
Pay: £168 – £230 per day (depending on experience)

The Role
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join the school from September 2026. You will play a key role in shaping early learning experiences, delivering a creative and engaging curriculum that supports children’s social, emotional, and academic development during these crucial early years.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver imaginative and interactive lessons in line with the EYFS framework
Create a warm, engaging classroom environment that supports exploration and play-based learning
Observe and assess children’s development, adapting activities to meet individual needs
Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
Support children’s early literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
Contribute to the wider life of the school and early years setting
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience working within an EYFS setting
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early child development
A patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
Good communication and organisational skills
A genuine passion for supporting young learners at the start of their education
