Salary: up to £40,000 DOE
DC Personnel are recruiting an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to take charge of a late-shift team in a busy sheet metal workshop.
This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise and decision-making matter every day.

What You’ll Do:
• Supervise and support the fabrication team on the late shift
• Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in all work
• Solve challenges and improve processes using your fabrication knowledge
• Train, motivate, and guide the team to hit targets
Requirements:
• Proven Fabrication Supervisor experience
• Sheet metal industry background
• Strong knowledge of materials and fabrication processes
• Leadership skills with a focus on safety and quality
• Ability to make independent decisions under pressure
Hours: Monday – Thursday 2pm–12am | Friday: OFF
