Apply NowIMH Recruitment are seeking an experienced Fabricator/Welder for our client based in Barnsley.
This is a temporary position until January, with potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Job Duties:
* Fabricating and welding structural steelwork.
* Precision fabrication to drawings and specifications.
* Welding, cutting, grinding and assembling steel components.
* Measuring and checking finished work to ensure accuracy.
* Working safely and maintaining a clean and tidy work area.
* Supporting the wider engineering team as required.
Requirements for the Role:
* Previous experience in fabrication and welding is essential.
* Experience working with structural steelwork and precision fabrication.
* Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
* Good attention to detail.
* Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
Hours & Pay:
* Monday to Friday.
* Between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm.
* Immediate start available.
* Starting pay rate from £14.50 per hour, depending on experience.
