Apply NowWe are currently recruiting for a Facilities Administrator to support a key PPM project for a well-established organisation based in Euston, London.This is a full-time temporary assignment for 12–14 weeks, offering a great opportunity to work on a focused, high-impact project within facilities management.
As a Facilities Administrator, you will be:

Supporting the rebuild and restructuring of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules
*
Working with CAFM systems to import, export, and cleanse data
*
Aligning maintenance tasks with SFG20 standards
*
Mapping assets and services into structured hierarchies
*
Maintaining and updating asset registers
*
Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance throughout the project
*
Working across multiple data sources to validate and manage FM data
