Facilities Administrator required for a leading facilities management company.

The role will include;

* Use of in house CAFM / Maintenance system.

* Logging jobs, confirming appointments with engineers.

* Upload completion certificates to CAFM system.

* Liaising with estates colleges and update of works / jobs.

* Good phone manner and IT skills including Microsoft office and word
