Location: London (with travel to various London-based sites)

We are currently looking for a Facilities Co-ordinators to join this reputable London based organisation. This role will support the day-to-day delivery of facilities services across a portfolio of sites, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service. You’ll be a key point of contact for clients and contractors, helping to coordinate works, resolve issues, and keep operations on track.

This is a varied, hands-on role that where your problem solving skills will be tested to ensure issues are corrected in a timely a professional manner. You’ll be proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong commitment to delivering a positive experience for clients and stakeholders.
