About the Role:
As a Family Law Solicitor, you will be entrusted with managing a diverse caseload, providing expert legal advice and support on a range of family law matters. Key responsibilities include:
* Handling cases related to divorce, separation and financial statements.
* Advising clients on child custody, adoption and care proceedings.
* Drafting legal documents, including agreement and court applications.
* Representing clients in court and tribunals.
* Conducting negotiations and mediations to resolve disputes.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of family law legislation and case law.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services.
About You:
To be considered for this role, you will possess:
* A qualified solicitors with 3+ years PQE in family law.
* Proven experience in handling a broad spectrum of family law cases.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and advocacy skills.
* Ability to manage a busy caseload.
