The Opportunity

We are recruiting a Female Waking Night Support Worker for an ongoing placement in Winchester.

You will be supporting an elderly female client with dementia in a calm, private home environment. This is a dedicated one-to-one role requiring consistency, emotional intelligence and strong night support experience.

The Package

• £850 per week
• 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off rotation
• Monday to Sunday waking nights
• Ongoing, stable placement
• Immediate start required

The Role

You will:

• Provide overnight waking supervision and reassurance
• Support dementia-related behaviours calmly and professionally
• Ensure safety and wellbeing throughout the night
• Follow structured care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Promote dignity and safeguarding at all times

This is not a residential shift pattern. This is structured one-to-one home-based support.

Essential Requirements

• Female support worker
• Proven experience in dementia care
• Previous waking night experience
• Strong safeguarding awareness
• Reliable and available for immediate start
• Right to work in the UK
