Field Care Supervisor - Sutton/Kingston

Exciting opportunity to join a leading community care provider operating across Sutton and Kingston providing high quality support to adults with social care needs. Position will suit an ambitious senior carer / field care supevisor who would like to be the lead supervisor in the area and work towards Care Management. Role will involve leading and managing a team of up to 20 care staff, assessing clients for their personal care needs and developing person-centered care plans. Full training will be provided. We require the candidate to at least be qualified to Level 2 Health and Social Care and be prepared to commit to completing their Level 5 in Health and Social Care within 12 months. Role will require someone with first class communication skills, both written and verbal. We require someone with natural leadership skills, and the ability to act as a role model for their team. Role will involve commuting within the area, so a full UK drivers licence is essential. Role is full-time, salaried, however, a part-time position may also be available for the right candidate.
