Field Operations Scheduler
Diary management, logistics, scheduling or route planning backgrounds are ideal for this position which is part of a small and fast paced team.
This Diary Planner role involves:
* Coordinating diaries for the team in the field, ensuring the correct information is logged, that team members have full diaries that coordinate well for the most efficient use of time
* Managing and planning routes for the team in the field working out the best use of time, most efficient routes and maximising the amount of appointments possible in the day
* Managing cancellations and diary changes
* Adding notes from assessments to the CRM
* Taking calls and directing as necessary, taking messages and creating tasks where required
* Providing customer support – answering questions regarding services offered by the business
* Various administration and customer service tasks in support of various other teams in a small business
Skills & experience required:
* Strong communication skills both verbally and written
* Experience with scheduling and diary management for field teams is essential, live diaries would be ideal
* Experience liaising with clients and internal teams to coordinate various activities and ensure customer service
* Previous administration experience
Salary, hours and company benefits:
* £26,000 - £28,000 per annum based on experience
* Quarterly team bonus scheme
* Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm, fully office based in Brighton
* 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
