Salary: £24,420 – £32,000 + Commission

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing, global technology business that is expanding its footprint across the UK. With a strong presence across Europe and significant investment behind its growth, the business is now entering a key phase of expansion and is looking for a driven Business Development Executive to support this journey across the Midlands.
This is a field-based role focused on developing new business opportunities, building relationships and driving revenue across a portfolio of innovative technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and target new business opportunities across sectors including electrical wholesale, property development, renewables, and enterprise
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing deals
* Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations to customers and partners
* Develop relationships with installers, developers, and commercial clients
* Represent the business at events and meetings, promoting solutions and strengthening brand presence
* Take full ownership of your territory, managing activity and performance effectively
What We’re Looking For
* Highly motivated and target-driven individual with a strong desire to succeed
* Confident communicator, able to build relationships at all levels
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a field-based role
* Commercially aware with a proactive approach to winning new business
* Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential – attitude, drive and ambition are key.
