Field Service Engineer
For this role, please note you MUST have a full UK manual driving licence and have experience either servicing, maintaining and repairing glass display doors.
The successful Service Engineer should have:
Experience servicing and repairing refrigeration equipment, particularly display cases and cabinets
Strong electrical fault-finding and repair skills
Experience working on cold room systems and refrigeration units
Good customer service skills with a professional and approachable manner
Ability to work independently, with a proactive and reliable attitude
In this role, the Service Engineer will be responsible for:
Servicing, maintaining and repairing front-of-house chilled and frozen display cabinets
Carrying out cold room repairs and general refrigeration maintenance
Conducting site surveys and diagnosing faults efficiently
Communicating clearly with customers and providing excellent on-site service
Ensuring all work is completed to company standards and health & safety regulations
Our client is offering the successful Service Engineer an hourly rate in the region of £35,000 plus benefits including holiday allowance, pension, ongoing training and development and you’ll have your equipment fully provided for including company van.
