Location: (UK Field-Based) Preferably Centrally Based
Salary: Circa £40,000 experience dependent

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer with experience in CNC routers and laser machines to join a growing service team. The role will involve installing, commissioning and maintaining specialist machinery including 3-axis and 5-axis CNC routers, CO₂ lasers and fibre laser systems.
This is a field-based position, typically covering your local region, although occasional UK travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities
Installation and commissioning of CNC routers and laser machines
Servicing, maintenance and breakdown repairs
Warranty work and preventative maintenance
Electrical and mechanical fault finding
Ensuring machines are fully operational and performing to customer requirements
Maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering excellent service
Requirements
Experience working with CNC routers (flatbed / flathead machines)
Knowledge of 3-axis or 5-axis router systems
Experience with CO₂ or fibre laser machines
Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently in a field-based role
Customer-focused with a professional approach
Full UK driving licence
