What You’ll Be Doing:
Installing, commissioning, and demonstrating industry-leading machinery
Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs (planned and reactive)
Delivering excellent customer support on-site and remotely
Managing service records, reports, and customer updates
Planning and coordinating service visits efficiently
Continuously learning new products and technologies
What We’re Looking For:
You don’t need to know everything—we’re more interested in your attitude and potential.
You’ll likely have:
Experience in a technical or electro-mechanical role
(print, embroidery, sewing, or similar industries are a bonus)
A practical, problem-solving mindset
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic IT skills (Windows, Word, Excel, etc.)
Good organisation and the ability to work independently
What You’ll Get:
£28,000 – £30,000 salary (depending on experience)
