The Role
As a Mobile Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing a range of commercial catering and beverage equipment at customer sites. You'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive a prompt, professional, and reliable service.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance on commercial coffee machines.
* Install and commission commercial coffee machines, dishwashers, and ice machines.
* Diagnose faults and carry out repairs, aiming for a first-time fix wherever possible.
* Respond to service breakdowns in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide customers with training and guidance on the correct operation of equipment.
* Complete service documentation accurately and maintain high standards of workmanship.
* Deliver excellent customer service while representing the business professionally.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
* Previous experience as a Mobile Service Engineer or Mobile Maintenance Engineer.
* Experience servicing commercial coffee machines or similar catering equipment is highly desirable.
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance and repairs.
* Good communication skills and the confidence to interact with customers.
* The ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
* A full UK driving licence
