Our client, a growing organisation, is seeking a motivated Finance Administrator to join their finance department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in financial operations, reporting, and administrative processes while developing a career in finance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims

* Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

* Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records

* Supporting month-end and year-end financial processes

* Assisting with budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis

* Maintaining and updating financial databases and systems

* Supporting the finance team with audits and compliance activities

What We’re Looking For:

* A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred but not essential)

* Strong numerical skills and attention to detail

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications

* Good organisational and time management skills

* Clear written and verbal communication abilities

* A proactive and professional approach, with the ability to work in a team
