Are you an experienced Finance Assistant seeking a new challenge within a supportive, friendly company?
You will be responsible for providing support to the Finance team in a varied role to include credit control, reporting and dealing with commission/expense payments.
Description of the role:
Importing sales invoices from a bespoke system and transferring onto Sage.
Processing employee expenses.
Analysing commission data and processing payments.
Raising manual invoices.
Reconciling the monthly credit card.
Credit control and monitoring overdue payments.
Dealing with incoming queries.
About you:
Experience of working with a finance based role.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel.
Experience of working with Sage Line 50.
Able to pick up bespoke systems.
Strong reporting and analytical skills.
Great communication skills, dealing with general queries.
