Apply NowWe're looking for an experienced Fire Door Carpenter w/ SMSTS for an ongoing project in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.
You'll be supervising a small gang of Fire Stoppers and Carpenters on an occupied residential block of apartments.
Duties:
* Supervision of remedial works, fire door installation and fire stopping.
* Upload data using the One Trace software system.
* Report directly to the client with any issues/concerns.
* Ensure all works are being completed to a high standard and up to regulation.
* Occasional install of fire doors (maximum per day)
Requirements:
* SMSTS
* Blue/Gold CSCS - Carpentry/Joinery
* Strong IT skills
* Own tools & PPE
* Must have relevant experience and a strong background with Fire Protection / Fire Door installation.
* Experience using OneTrace Software (Not essential, Training can be provided)
Job Info:
* 8:00am to 5:30pm - Monday to Friday.
* 18 weeks of work
* Ongoing work on other projects once this one completes is highly likely.
* Apartments are mostly occupied.
