Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:15pm - 10:45pm
Espack is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to join our team on a permanent morning shift.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating Counterbalance and/or Reach Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently.
* Loading and unloading vehicles.
* Driving a company van between sites as required (must have a clean driving license)
* Transporting stock and materials between our locations.
* General warehouse duties, including stock movement and organisation.
* Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
Requirements:
* Valid Counterbalance FLT licence or Reach FLT licence (both preferred).
* Comfortable driving a van and travelling between sites when required.
* Physically fit and happy to be active throughout the shift.
* This role involves a high amount of walking, with a large number of steps completed each day.
* Good attention to detail and a positive work ethic.
* Previous warehouse experience is desirable.
What We're Looking For:
We need someone who is dependable, motivated, and enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable balancing FLT duties with hands-on warehouse work and regular movement throughout the day.
