Forklift Driver

New Resource Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in Warminster for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver.

This is a great opportunity to join a busy and supportive warehouse and production environment where you will play a key role in stock movement, goods in/out, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Shift Pattern

* Rotating shifts:

* Early: 5:45am – 2:00pm

* Late: 1:45pm – 10:00pm

* Monday to Friday

* Approx. 41.25 hours per week

The Role

* Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) safely and efficiently

* Loading and unloading deliveries

* Moving stock and materials around site

* Supporting goods in / goods out processes

* Palletising, wrapping and labelling stock

* Carrying out daily FLT checks

* Working in line with all Health & Safety procedures

* Supporting wider warehouse and production tasks when required

What We’re Looking For

* Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB or equivalent)

* Previous FLT or warehouse experience preferred

* Reliable, punctual and hard-working attitude

* Good attention to detail

* Strong awareness of Health & Safety

* Team player with a positive attitude

* Flexible and willing to support wider operations
