Client: Installation Contractor

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

Locations: Based in Ipswich

Contract: Permanent (Temp 2 Perm)

About the Role

Auxo Future Build is currently recruiting experienced Gas Engineers / Gas Installers to work on social housing and new-build projects across Ipswich,

We are looking for reliable, professional engineers who have experience working on domestic gas installations and are committed to delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining excellent health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out gas installation work on social housing and new-build properties.
Install and connect domestic gas appliances and associated systems.
Complete work in accordance with relevant gas regulations and project specifications.
Carry out testing, commissioning and fault finding where required.
Work from drawings, specifications and site instructions.
Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.
Work safely and comply with site health and safety procedures.
Maintain a professional approach when working in occupied or customer-facing environments.
Liaise with site managers, supervisors and other trades as required.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

Essential

CCN1 Gas Qualification

Preferable

Relevant current domestic gas qualifications appropriate to the work being undertaken.
Experience working on social housing, residential or new-build projects.
Good understanding of gas safety requirements.
Strong practical and fault-finding skills.
Full UK driving licence preferred
