GCSE tutor with SEN experience

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and structured GCSE tutoring sessions

Support students in core subjects such as Maths, English, or Science

Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of students with SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or learning difficulties)

Identify gaps in knowledge and tailor lessons to meet individual learning needs

Help students build confidence and improve exam technique

Track progress and provide feedback where required

Requirements

Strong knowledge of the GCSE curriculum in your specialist subject

Previous experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

Previous tutoring or teaching experience is desirable

A relevant degree or strong academic background

A patient, supportive, and adaptable approach to learning

An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)

What We Offer

£25-£30 per hour
