Apply NowWe're looking for an experienced General Foreman to support the delivery of water treatment infrastructure schemes in the Chester area.
We need a delivery-focused GF who can take control of site activity, manage the workforce and keep multiple trades moving safely and productively.
The Role
*
Lead day-to-day site operations
*
Manage direct labour and specialist subcontractors
*
Coordinate civils, mechanical and associated construction activities
*
Plan labour, plant and materials against short-term programmes
*
Manage multiple work fronts and trade interfaces
*
Deliver daily briefings and toolbox talks
*
Ensure RAMS and permits are understood and followed
*
Monitor productivity and drive programme
*
Coordinate closely with Site Agents and Engineers
*
Maintain accurate daily diaries and site records
*
Drive quality, safety and housekeeping standards
*
Identify constraints early and resolve day-to-day delivery issues
You'll Need
*
Strong General Foreman / Site Supervisor experience
*
Civil engineering background
*
Water / wastewater treatment experience
*
Experience managing direct workforces and subcontractors
*
Strong understanding of construction sequencing
*
SMSTS, CSCS and First AidCITB Temporary Works Supervisor qualification would be advantageous
