Apply NowWe're looking for a proactive, skilled General Maintenance Operative to join a growing team in the storage industry. You'll carry out repairs and preventative maintenance across UK facilities — self-storage units, office complexes, and retail parades — working independently and as part of the team.
Package
* £30,000 to £35,000 salary (based on experience)
* Monday to Friday schedule.

Responsibilities
* Plumbing and drainage works.
* Tiling, painting, decorating, carpeting.
* Paving and grounds maintenance.
* Site pressure washing.
* Furniture assembly and removal.
* Site clearance.
Candidate Specification
* Minimum 3 years' building trade or property maintenance experience
* NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating
* Cladding and roofing experience
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organisational skills — you'll manage your workload to meet our KPIs and SLAs.
* Competent with IT systems for logging work and costs.
* Solid understanding of health and safety — spot hazards, carry out point-of-work risk assessments.
* Good communication skills
