Full-Time Night Shift Picker / Packer

📍 Location: Scunthorpe

🕙 Hours: 22:00 - 06:00 (Full-Time, Night Shift)

We are currently recruiting Full-Time Picker / Packers to join a busy and well-established warehouse operation in Scunthorpe. This is a permanent, hands-on role on night shifts, ideal for candidates looking for consistent, full-time work.

Roles & Duties

Accurately picking stock using pick lists or hand-held scanners
Packing products securely and efficiently for dispatch
Meeting productivity and accuracy targets
Checking goods for quality, damage, or discrepancies
Labelling, sorting, and preparing orders for shipment
Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and organised
Adhering to all health & safety policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

Previous picking/packing or warehouse experience preferred, but not essential
Reliability and commitment to full-time night shifts (22:00-06:00)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to carry out manual handling tasks
A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
