We are currently recruiting General Supply Teachers to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in the BD3 area. Schools are looking for reliable and engaging teachers who can step into the classroom, deliver lessons, and maintain a positive learning environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced teachers or Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are looking for flexible teaching jobs, day-to-day supply work, short-term cover, or long-term teaching placements.
Your Role as a General Supply Teacher
* Deliver engaging lessons as a supply teacher or cover teacher
* Follow school lesson plans and maintain classroom management
* Teach across different subjects and year groups when required
* Ensure a positive learning environment and behaviour management
* Provide feedback to the school’s permanent teaching staff
What Schools Are Looking For in a General Supply Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
* Experience teaching in UK primary schools or secondary schools
* Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
* Flexible, reliable, and confident teaching in different schools
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
