Join a Team That Takes Pride in Local Communities We're looking for a motivated Grounds Maintenance Operative to help maintain attractive, safe, and welcoming outdoor spaces across the Yeovil area. Key Responsibilities
āļø Maintain communal outdoor areas, including grass, shrubs and hedges.
āļø Carry out soft landscaping and minor tree work where required.
āļø Respond to reactive maintenance issues, including clearing hazards and dumped items.
āļø Plan and manage your workload across a fortnightly maintenance schedule.
āļø Work safely and efficiently as part of a supportive team.
What We're Looking For
āļø Practical grounds maintenance or horticultural experience.
āļø A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
āļø Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
āļø Full UK driving licence (towing licence desirable).
āļø PA1 & PA6AW and/or NPTC qualifications are desirable but not essential.

ā Full uniform and PPE provided.
