Groundworker

We’re currently looking for a Groundworker to start immediately on a long-term project in Cambridge.

This role is ideal for someone with basic groundworks experience who is willing to support various aspects of site work and assist skilled trades.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for:
• Carrying out basic groundworks duties on site
• Assisting with drainage, kerbing, paving and general civils works
• Helping with site preparation, digging and manual tasks
• Supporting skilled workers and plant operators as required
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently
• Following all site health & safety procedures

Requirements:

✔ Basic knowledge of groundworks
✔ Previous site experience in a similar role
✔ Valid CSCS card
✔ Understanding of different aspects of groundworks (drainage, kerbing, paving etc.)
✔ Ability to work as part of a team and take instruction
✔ Good work ethic and reliability
✔ Full PPE
