Groundworker/Plant Operator

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworker for a busy construction project. The successful candidate will hold valid Excavator and Dumper tickets and have proven experience working on site within a groundworks team.

Key Responsibilities

* Operating excavators and dumpers safely and efficiently

* Carrying out general groundworks including drainage, foundations, ducting and kerbing

* Assisting with excavation and backfilling

* Working alongside site supervisors and other trades

* Maintaining site safety and following health and safety procedures

Requirements

* Valid CPCS or NPORS Excavator ticket

* Valid CPCS or NPORS Dumper ticket

* Previous groundworks experience

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Good understanding of site health and safety
