Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repair tasks around the site

*

Assist skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) as needed

*

Install or repair basic fixtures and fittings

*

Carry out minor carpentry, painting, and patching work

*

Keep the site clean, organised, and safe

*

Move materials and equipment when required

*

Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards

*

Follow all site health and safety procedures

Requirements:

*

Basic handyman or construction experience

*

Ability to use common hand and power tools

*

Good practical problem-solving skills

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

*

Physically fit and able to lift materials

*

Basic understanding of construction site safety

Preferred (not essential):

CSCS card

*

Previous construction site experience
