Apply NowWe’re working with an established engineering organisation seeking a Head of Manufacturing Engineering to lead and develop its Manufacturing Engineering team, driving technical excellence and effective manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team.
* Oversee manufacturing engineering activities, ensuring effective delivery against operational objectives.
* Drive improvements to manufacturing processes, methods and engineering standards.
* Work collaboratively with engineering, production and quality teams to resolve technical challenges.
* Support manufacturing capability, product introduction and ongoing production requirements.
About you:
* Proven experience leading a Manufacturing Engineering team within a complex engineering or manufacturing environment.
* Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and production support.
* Experience managing and developing engineers.
* Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
* An engineering degree or equivalent experience is desirable.
