This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Headteacher or an accomplished Assistant Headteacher who is ready to take the next step into headship. If you are a passionate, strategic leader with the vision and drive to make a lasting impact, we would love to hear from you.
The role is offered on a 0.8 FTE basis (4 days per week), providing an excellent opportunity to lead a dedicated school community while benefiting from a flexible working pattern.

Has a clear vision for delivering an exceptional primary education.
Can inspire, motivate and develop staff to achieve the highest standards.
Has a proven track record of improving outcomes and driving school improvement.
Builds positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents, governors and the wider community.
Leads with integrity, resilience and compassion.
Has a thorough understanding of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.We warmly welcome applications from experienced Assistant Headteachers who are ready to progress into their first Headship and can demonstrate the leadership skills, ambition and strategic thinking required to lead a successful primary school.
