We're supporting a well-established organisation to recruit a Health and Safety Advisor to help strengthen site-based assurance and embed a positive safety culture across operations. This is a practical, stakeholder-facing position, suited to someone who can build relationships, influence standards, and support continuous improvement.
The successful Health and Safety Advisor will:
Provide day-to-day health and safety support across operational activities, working closely with managers and front-line teams
Lead and participate in workplace inspections, audits, risk assessments and safe system of work reviews
Support incident reporting and investigations, ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented
Deliver coaching and engagement to promote safe behaviours and compliance with proceduresThe successful candidate will have:
A recognised health and safety qualification (e.g. NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent) and strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation
Experience supporting operational teams within a site-based or field-based environment
