HGV Class 2 Tipper Driver (Days)

Driver Hire Colchester is currently seeking experienced HGV Class 2 Tipper Drivers to support our clients across Colchester and the surrounding areas. This is a day shift role with competitive pay and ongoing work opportunities.

Pay Rate:
£16.00 – £17.00 per hour (depending on experience and client placement)

The Role:

*

Operating HGV Class 2 tipper vehicles transporting aggregates, muck-away, and materials

*

Delivering to construction sites, quarries, and commercial locations

*

Carrying out daily vehicle checks and ensuring the vehicle is roadworthy

*

Ensuring loads are transported safely and tipped correctly on site

*

Completing all relevant paperwork and complying with driver hours regulations

*

Representing Driver Hire Colchester and our clients professionally

Requirements:

*

Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence

*

Valid Driver CPC Qualification

*

Digital Tachograph Card

*

Previous tipper experience preferred

*

Good understanding of health and safety on construction sites

*

Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
