We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced job seeker for the position of Part-Time HGV Technician with our client based in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire.

* Flexible working days, up to four days per week

* Hours worked between 7am and 5pm

Duties:
* Conduct diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HGVs in accordance with manufacturer specifications
* Ensure that work areas are maintained in a safe, clean, and organised manner
* Complete service and repair documentation accurately and efficiently
* Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols within the workshop
* Assist with general workshop duties to support team efforts
* Work productively to meet targets without compromising on quality standards
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an HGV Technician or in a similar role
* Full, valid HGV technician qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
* Knowledge and competence with diagnostic equipment and heavy vehicle repair standards
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Flexible attitude towards working up to four days per week
* Valid HGV licence
