HIU Engineer

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

* Complete an annual service of all residential apartments/properties involving: PPM, Reactive and Servicing on the heat interface units (HIU)

* Remedial works on the HIU

* General plumbing bleeding radiators, cylinders,

* HIU Maintenance

* Diagnosing and servicing of water temp sensors etc.

* Installing Heat Meters

Qualifications:

* HIU Maintenance experience (Essential)

* Excellent communication skills

* Honest, reliable, and hard working

* Plumbing Qualifications and experience

* Basic Electrical knowledge/qualifications an advantage

* A positive attitude towards work and willingness to get tasks completed on time whilst managing conflicting deadlines

Package & Benefits:

* £42,500 basic salary

* Overtime paid at time and a half, Sundays double pay
