We are looking for a HLTA/Higher level teaching assistant in Bristol with the following:
HLTA status or equivalent qualifications
Have experience supporting or leading learning within a classroom environment
Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills
Have experience supporting pupils of varying abilities, including those with SEND
Work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with staff and pupils
Show initiative, flexibility and a proactive approach to supporting learning
