£75,000 + Bonus Scheme

An experienced Home Manager is required to lead a successful nursing care home in Greater Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven care home leader with strong CQC knowledge, commercial awareness and a passion for delivering outstanding resident care.

The Role:

* Overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home

* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and care standards

* Lead, mentor and develop the staff team

* Manage budgets and achieve occupancy targets

* Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals

* Drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes

About You:

* Previous experience managing a nursing or residential care home

* Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations

* Proven track record of achieving high-quality care standards

* Commercially minded with experience managing occupancy and budgets

* Excellent leadership and communication skills

* NMC registration desirable but not essential

Package:

* Salary up to £75,000 DOE
