Description
A HR Business Partner to:
Provide strategic HR support and guidance
Partner with your client group to move away from a reactive approach to be more proactive and strategic
Develop people plans, workforce planning, succession planning
Lead a variety of strategic initiatives
The role will still encompass operational and business as usual activity
Lead on employee relations activity as first line support and advice, and collaborate with the ER specialist on more complex casework
Build and develop strong stakeholder relationships
Lead on change management activity including restructures and consultations
Develop relationships were your client group view HR as credible and value add
Advise managers on HR Processes

A HR Business Partner with:
Strong employee relations knowledge
Experience working in not-for-profit, retail, hospitality, FMCG or multi-site organisations is desirable
Previous partnering experience
Able to start at short noticeJob Offer
Permanent HR Business Partner
Salary up to £52,000 per annum
London based with 3 days a week in the office
