You'llwork closely with our HR Manager andHead of Legal Servicesto deliver outstanding HR support and impactful projects.You’ll:
Manage a personal caseload of employee-relations issues
Lead on policy reviews and drive process improvements
Work closely with HR Consultant colleagues
Play a strategic role in improving HR practices across the business🧭Your Journey Starts in Halesowen
You’ll begin your journey at our People Services Centre in Halesowen, where you'll immerse yourself in our values, culture, and team.

You’ll bring:
CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and case management
Experience with HRIS and HR project delivery
Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skillsEven better if you also have:
CIPD Level 7
Exposure to multi-site or complex business environments
Familiarity with HR analytics tools or project methodologies🏢About Us
