Hr Manager
Reporting into the Group HR function and working closely with a HR Business Partner, this position will partner with senior leadership to drive the people strategy, support transformation initiatives, and deliver a high-impact HR service within a matrix environment.
The Role
This is a strategic and hands-on position, offering the opportunity to:
* Lead and deliver the people strategy and agenda aligned to business goals
* Partner with senior stakeholders across a complex, matrix structure
* Drive organisational design and workforce planning initiatives
* Support and lead on change and transformation programmes
* Manage and advise on complex employee relations casework
* Lead talent and succession planning, building strong leadership pipelines
* Collaborate with wider HR functions (e.g. Reward, Talent, L&D, Recruitment) to deliver integrated solutions
* Help shape a high-performance, inclusive and collaborative culture
About You
We’re keen to speak with candidates who:
* Have operated at HR Manager / HRBP level within a large, complex organisation
* Are experienced in working within a matrix environment, influencing at senior level
* Bring strong organisational development and change management experience
* Have a track record of delivering people strategy and transformation initiatives
* Are confident managing complex ER casework
* Combine commercial thinking with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
* Have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
